The President of the Republic of Srpska Milorad Dodik opened the Fifth International Conference on Jasenovac, held in Banja Luka on May 24th and 25th. At the conference held in Banski dvor, more than 60 conference papers and survivors testimonies have been presented.

Participants of the Fifth International Conference on the Jasenovac System of Concentration Camps have adopted a proposal for Declaration on Genocide against Serbs, Jews and Roma committed by the Independent State of Croatia during the Second World War. The opening of the Conference was attended by the Prime Minister of Republic of Srpska, Aleksandar Džombić, the Minister of Education and culture, Anton Kasipović and the President of the Republic of Srpska Academy of Sciences and Arts, Rajko Kuzmanović.
