FOUNDATION ASSEMBLY OF FOUNDATION JASENOVAC-DONJA GRADINA

On November 25 in Kozarska Dubica Foundation Jasenovac-Donja Gradina gathered its first assembly. On impressive founding assembly the goals of Foundation were promoted, its structure established, presidency and all the organs elected. The president of the Foundation is Miroslav Mikeš, his deputy Željko Vujadinović and Janko Velimirović - the secretary of the Foundation. The Steering Committee will be headed by Perica Bundalo, with Branko Božić as deputy and Zoran Pejašinović as the secretary. Members of the Steering Committee are Dragoljub Davidović, Marko Pavić, Nikola Kragulj, Drago Bundalo, Zoran Levi, Vladimir Lukić, Radovan Rodić and Mirko Kojić. The The Supervisory Board: Boško Čeko (chairman), Ljiljana Janković and Ranko Radovanović.

The goal of the Foundation is to find funding money for projects of protection and development the Memorial Area Donja Gradina, same as for projects of further research of the concentration and death camp Jasenovac in all its aspects. All those goals were proclaimed as the reason for the founding of the Association Jasenovac-Donja Gradina, which will work in close cooperation with the Foundation.

The Council of the Foundation will be fullfiled with a representative of the Serbian Academy of the Sciences and Arts, as well as with the heads of the Assembly and the Steering Committee of the Association Jasenovac-Donja Gradina from Banja Luka and a representative of the Memorial Area of Donja Gradina. All the bodies of the Foundation were elected unanimously, and they will be changed or filled according to the Foundations' needs.
